Usage and maintenance

Intelligent PH online sensorWhen measuring, it should be cleaned thoroughly in distilled water (or deionized water) and dried with filter paper to prevent impurities from entering the measured solution. One third of the sensor should be inserted into the measured solution.

When the sensor is not in use, it should be cleaned and inserted into a protective sleeve containing 3.5mol/L KCL solution, or the sensor should be inserted into a protective sleeve containing 3.5mol/L KCL solutionIn the container of the solution.

Check if the wiring terminals are dry. If there is any contamination, please wipe them with * and blow dry before use. Long term immersion in distilled water or protein solutions should be avoided, and contact with organic silicone oils and fats should be avoided. Sensors that have been used for a long time may have their glass film become semi transparent or have sediment attached. In this case, dilute hydrochloric acid can be used to wash and rinse with water. When sensors are used for a long time and measurement errors occur, they must be calibrated and corrected in conjunction with the instrument.

When the sensor cannot be calibrated and measured during maintenance and upkeep using the above methods, it indicates that the sensor has failed and should be replaced.
